What is SyncX?
SyncX is a premier digital marketplace for buying and selling video game accounts, gift cards, and other digital assets securely through an escrow system.
Is SyncX safe?
Yes. All transactions go through our secure escrow system, meaning the seller doesn't get paid until you verify the account works. All sellers are manually vetted.
Buying
How long does delivery take?
Most deliveries are instant via our automated API. In manual cases, sellers have up to 24 hours to deliver the account credentials.
What if the account doesn't work?
You can open a dispute from your dashboard. Your funds will remain in escrow while our 24/7 moderation team investigates and issues a refund if the seller is at fault.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards via Stripe, as well as Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Litecoin.
Selling
How do I become a seller?
You must first create an account, then submit a Seller Application from the 'Become a Seller' page. We typically review applications within 48 hours.
What are the fees?
Sellers pay a standard 6% commission on completed sales. There are no monthly fees or listing fees.
How do I withdraw my earnings?
You can withdraw your seller balance to your bank account via Stripe Connect, or to your cryptocurrency wallet.
